Half of cyber-attacks go unreported

The Cybersecurity Disasters Survey Incident Reporting & Disclosure Study has gained attention from Infosecurity Magazine, which reports that 40% of IT and security leaders have faced cyber-attacks, but 41% of them didn't report the incident internally, and 48% hid it from authorities.

The number of leaders who are worried about the state of security is even greater: 74% admitted they were concerned about a future "cybersecurity disaster" impacting their organization.

The survey was conducted on 400 It and security leaders throughout 2023 by Keeper Security and TrendCandy Research.
